Job Description:

Responsibilities

P&L Management

- Sales and Margin for the Category (Top Line and Bottom Line)

- Effectively communicate with internal and external senior leadership through updates, narratives on program initiatives and performance

- Responsible for Pricing, Marketing, Strategic planning for the category

- Provide financial planning inputs

- Analyze the business trends, shifts, spikes/dips, and parameters that would, directly and indirectly, make an impact on the revenue generated

Category Insights

- Responsible for Demand Generation for the category

- Plan Short and Long-term roadmap for the category in consultation with key stakeholders

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visibility for the category/ brands

- Gather information on a competitive landscape

What We Require

- Prior P&L / Corporate Development/ Corporate Strategy/ Category Management

- Approximately 2-4 years of- experience

- Be responsible for the P&L of the category

- Result oriented with a high degree of ownership

- Strong analytical thinking with a proven track record of success in past assignments

- Develop and execute ideas independently

- Strong academic track record with a bachelors degree from Tier 1 institutes
