Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products

- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales



Develop the business for EdgeVerves AI & Automation product suite in India Help EdgeVerves flagship automation product - AssistEdge gain rapid market share in India Help acquire new logos for EdgeVerve; Work with Infosys Vertical Account managers in the region to develop a pipeline Guide the EdgeVerves product management teams based on requirements in the region

Requirements

- Product Sales leader with 10 years of proven sales experience

- Proven ability to independently closing deals, negotiating large contracts in India

- Good exposure to AI & Automation technologies with a focus on RPA

- Experience with a leading RPA product preferred

- Good understanding of Holistic Robotic Automation,

- Artificial Intelligence Excellent communication skills Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery
