Edelweiss - Product Manager - Mortgages - Edelweiss Financial Services

Key Responsibilities-

Product Management

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and develop the Mortgages product suite To also use this collaboration to improve and enhance existing products

- Ensure ongoing review of product performance and P&L of the existing products

- Work closely with the Sales Teams to drive effective Go-To-Market of our products

- Existing Products Delivery of parameters agreed upon at the time of product design (RoI; adoption numbers; scale of deployment; etc); Training interventions for frontline (field sales teams; Call Center Teams; Direct Sales Teams)

- New Products Preparing and deploying the - go-to-market- for new launches; Driving the internal approval process with stakeholders such as Risk, GRG, etc; Necessary documentation

- To work on building strong product propositions and aid the transition from feature selling to benefits selling

Customer Value Management

- Devise effective strategies for Customer Retention, Reactive Retention, Proactive Retention and Customer Winbacks

- Develop measures for revenue maximization supporting upsell (top-up) & cross-sell

- Work closely with the delivery teams LMS; Cross-Sell; DST

Others

- Gather Market Intelligence on competitor activities on each product

- Identify opportunities for applying new technologies, digital products and services to online campaign

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials to promote our solution and value proposition

Qualifications-

MBA / Post Graduate
