Job Description:

- Borrowings of the organisation - from negotiating with banks / institutions on structure and commercials, to the end documentation of the facilities (both funded and non-funded) for regular business requirements and also for acquisitions done by the Company

- Also decide on raising funds through short-term loans (STLs) / commercial paper (CP)

- Executed end-to-end fund-raising through an NCD issue, an RPS issue and term loans

- Responsible for negotiating with banks on commercials and setting up trade finance lines for the group companies (LCs / BGs)

- Evaluating alternative proposals for investing surplus funds of the company/ group companies to ensure optimum utilization

- Interactions and handling renewals/ queries from credit rating agencies, as part of the rating exercise of the Company (rated by both CRISIL and ICRA)

- Liaising with service providers for banking requirement/s of internal business teams eg online payment gateway, point-of-sale (POS) terminals (including negotiating on charges levied on transactions)
