Description

- The person will be responsible for establishing and growing the Electric three-wheeler business covering both passenger and cargo segments across the country

- He will be responsible for channel development, processes, profitability and revenue growth The person will be part of the leadership team and shall be reporting to the CEO

- The role is meant for those with deep auto industry expertise & network and highly successful stints in sales or/and dealer development Further, the person should have strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for excellence

LocationHyderabad

Qualification

- MBA (or equivalent qualification)

- Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute

Experience

- 10-15 years of total experience

- 5+ years of auto industry experience

- Preferred domains- sales, dealer development, after-sales

- Preferred Industry- Three wheeler auto industry



Key Job Responsibilities

Channel Development

- Identification of high potential markets for product launch

- Selection of the right dealers by establishing dealer value proposition and dealer selection criteria

- Create and implement manpower, infrastructure and process/ system norms

- Enable channel growth through people development and profitability improvement

Channel Management-

- Manage dealer sales and aftersales operations to achieve targets set for customer-acquisition, retention, and satisfaction

- Enable the demand generation at the dealership level by reviewing dealership sales activities

- Ensure dealer alignment, motivation, and engagement

- Review the performance periodically

Planning

- Create a comprehensive business plan across key aspects of sales, aftersales, working capital, network expansion, marketing, supply chain, and others

- Define monthly/quarterly targets for customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, working capital
