  • Develop SCV Micro Level Strategy for the Region to ensure a concrete path towards achievement of the targeted volume and market share

  • Identify Model-wise & geography-wise opportunities in the dealerships and make the business profitable

  • Execution of plans for channel network expansion there by ensuring increased Volumes & Market share

  • Executing various schemes, promotional activities, pricing of vehicles for the region there by ensuring competitive advantage

  • Ensure process improvements using various initiatives in order to drive customer & dealer satisfaction
