Job Description:


Business Development

- Leads new business development by prospecting and evaluating relevant corporate entities, while retaining and growing key existing accounts

- Makes pitches/presentations to CFO/CXO level individuals for CCAM bouquet of products and D&B credit

- Drives field sales strategy to ensure a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets

- Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business

- Implements marketing strategies; by analyzing trends, market mapping, competitor analysis to enable effective decisioning and forecasting of sales numbers

- Acts as a product expert, leveraging internal knowledge to build trust and respect with both internal and external customers

- Regularly reports all sales activity and acts within the companys compliance framework

- Organizes and attends theme based events which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals as part of the customer acquisition Strategy

Sales Co-ordination

- Ensures process adherence at all times for error free timely delivery of projects

- Liaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met

- Maintains data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically

- Files Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the Management

Key Requirements

- MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 3+ years in Corporate/B2B sales

- Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts

- Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements

- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights

- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment

- Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort

- Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business

- Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Primary External Interactions

- Decision makers (CXO- s) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSUs and Banks

Primary Internal Interactions

- Operations Team, Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU


- Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills

- Proven client prospecting, sales planning and relationship management abilities

- Self-driven, Energetic and Creative

- Market Knowledge
