Snapshot

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual who is adept at developing cost-effective ways of promoting our products and services The incumbent needs to be an expert in developing marketing programs that will attract customers He/she needs to take ownership of all marketing deliverable and take the function to the next level and further enhance the brand

Role and responsibilities

- Creating and implementing cost-effective plans to increase eyeballs and brand visibility

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams - from different SBUs to understand their business needs, to produce effective promotional materials-both offline and through digital media(including social media platforms)

- Coordinating with and managing agency partners

- Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders

- Acting as the brand custodian and rolling out regular guidelines on maintaining the brand in all POS collaterals

- Obtaining necessary consent and final approval on all marketing collateral, products, and promotions

- Creating and monitoring an annual marketing calendar with a strong business focus

- Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines

Qualification, professional experience and skills

- Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing/advertising post MBA from a premier institute

- Work experience with a creative agency will be an added advantage

Preferred skills

- Ability to analyze marketing trends and make cost-saving decisions for production(in both traditional and digital communications processes)

- Ability to effectively communicate concepts to creative and production teams, as well as agency partners and stakeholders

- Quick learner, team player with a strong focus on quality and deadlines

Compensation 10-12 lakhs pa (plus 1 lakh retention bonus to be paid after 1 year)
