Job Description:

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients

Responsibilities

1 Develop a growth strategy focused on increasing the visibility and consumption of the product at the market place and create an eye share for the product

2 Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and articulating the same to NPD, Manufacturing to produce the same

3 Work with different partners to create awareness about the product and represent the company at different customer touchpoints

4 Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

5 Suspecting the prospective clients and pitching our product to them

6 Prepare sales contracts by making a bill of material, keeping profitability as key objective coupled with an increase in market share

7 Create the opportunity for client engagement and provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to existing client

8 Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

9 Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

10 Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
