Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and develop a capital-raising strategy for the company The position will require strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence and an interest in engaging with new business customers


- The prime responsibility is to maintain CEO/CFO relationships with SMEs to originate business

- Drive sales through new customer acquisition Deliver a % of overall revenue growth Build & manage a high-performance team to execute the business goals

- Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts

- Grow revenue per customer on a month on month basis

- Address complicated customer queries around Trade Finance and related products

What we are looking for

- You take ownership and have a proven track record of results


- Bachelors / MBA degree, with 3+ years of experience in SME sales
