Role Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and moving leads forward in the pipeline


1 The prime responsibility is to source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and aggressive follow-ups

2 Understand customer needs and requirements, generate interest, route qualified opportunities and close sales by setting up meetings, and achieve quarterly quotas

3 Drive sales through new customer acquisition using various direct methods, networking, and research


1 Proven 2+ years inside sales experience

2 Track record of over-achieving goals

3 Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

4 Excellent verbal and written communications skills

5 Strong listening and presentation skills

6 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

7 Comfortable working from 700 pm to 400 am
