Job Description:

1 Review Requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback 

2 Provide technical solutions and become go to person for the team

3 Become a single point of contact and work closely with onsite team / clients

4 Identify and communicate risks and provide action plan to mitigate the risks

5 Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate Development and testing activities 

6 Design, develop and drive technical solutions 

7 Provide timely and accurate project status report

8 Liaise with internal teams (eg developers and project managers) to identify system requirements 

9 Mentor team members and provide support to grow them

10 Stay up-to-date with new technologies

11 Ability to create frameworks, solutions and POCs
