Job Description:

1 Responsible for Stores activities e g Inventory management

2 Will be responsible for the incoming material receipt, proper storage of material, material Stock updating preparation, ERP entries, maintain all relevant records about inventory etc

3 Should have good knowledge about spare /accessories and maintain appropriate identification of each item, to maintain specific storage conditions as applicable for those categories of parts

4 Should have good knowledge about preparation of stock statement on monthly basis, to keep track of incoming & outgoing materials as well as faulty Materials (reverse logistics)

5 Coordination with related stake holder, material follow-up with HO store / vendor to fulfill customer requirement

6 Responsible for daily store related operations

7 To maintain buffer stock for fast moving inventory as per requirement & Scrap Management

8 Responsible for sending specific material to external vendors for repairing / replacement etc Should have good knowledge in the documentation, MIS etc

9 B Com graduate with at least 2-7 years of experience
