Reporting Global Transformation Director

Team Individual Contributor

Location Mumbai

Candidate will be required to travel extensively across geographies

Responsibilities

- Leads complex global transformation initiatives and help develop operational strategy in given market operations, working closely with partners in Regional office & Market operations

- Supports the technology development teams by working with Market operations to define the underlying business processes and supporting metrics

- Develops project plans, drives key aspects of diagnostic, develops solutions, helps pilot solutions and develops & supports implementation

- Directs key project activities, which may include value stream mapping, data analysis, problem solving, impact measurement and/or sustainability

- Develops and implements measurement systems to track effectiveness of initiatives and presents findings and recommendations to senior management

- Drives Market based project teams through critical phases of analysis, and provides mentoring and coaching to improve their expertise and knowledge of operational excellence techniques

- Designs and delivers presentations to senior management on the results of analysis work undertaken and the status of transformation initiatives and/or post-transformation operational assessments

- Acts as a thought partner and client relationship manager for Leadership Teams in Market operations, sharing best practices and opportunities for improvement

- Helps set-up and promote operational excellence practice in the designated market, establishing and cultivating an environment that encourages problem solving, critical thinking, and innovation

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, operations management, computer science or other related field MBA or other relevant advanced degree desired

- Minimum 7 years of relevant general business experience, to include experience with strategic planning, operations management and ability to connect strategy with operations

- Well versed in lean/six sigma and other methods to drive continuous improvement the quality, speed and timeliness of our work; exposure to working in agile environment highly desired

- 7+ years of progressively more responsible and highly effective operations management experience in lieu of other skills will be considered

- Excellent communication skills
