Description

- Team Management and coaching

- Managing new product launches

- Align sales organisation structure to maximise efficiency and meet corporate objectives

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers

- Set clear annual business objectives and manage the team to perform against overall client satisfaction, client profitability, new revenue growth and retention

Profile

- 15+ years product sales experience within the medical devices industry

- Demonstrated track record of building strong relationships with KOLs

- Experience of working in a hands-on and dynamic business environment

- Good academic pedigree - bachelors degree and MBA (preferred)
