Job Responsibilities

- Looking for a seasoned Sales professional to meet our customer acquisition across the globe market and revenue growth objectives Key responsibilities are ( but not limited to)

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals

- Develop aggressive hunting strategy around BFSI vertical and plan to expand our customer base across US, UK, APAC and EMEA geographies

- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas across geographies, project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

- Responsible to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to expand our BFSI product sales globally

- Successful in executing strategies that are required to achieve the financial targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends

- This position needs to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire the team in a unified direction and vision

- Network with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms and other influences in the BFSI sector

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Work collaboratively with the sales, business units and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement

- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions

- Build and nurture a successful sales team and provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel

- Maintains sales associates job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, national/international sales events/expos

Required skill / knowledge / experience

- 18+ years of sales experience in IT Products and Services

- Experience in years into BFSI space

- Strong in selling IT Products and Solutions across US, UK, EMEA and APAC regions

- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

- Proven track record of meeting sales goals, ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long term goals

- Excellent listening, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills

- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
