Main Accountabilities
Financial Management
Meet the financial goal of new business targets every quarter
Responsible for the P&L of a set of accounts to be managed and grow the base 20 PERCENT CAGR on the
accounts handled
Identify new areas to venture with the existing solutions or tailor-made to grow the boundaries

Client Relationship
Manage the relationship with the C-Level esp CEO, CMO, Sales Head along with maintaining the
relationship with the CMI
Be involved in client strategic pain points and position Nielsen as a holistic consultant rather than
product/ point sale
Responsible for client satisfaction score for the set of accounts handled
People Management
Manage a team of 8 to 10 executives, who run the client deliverables in a day to day basis
Invest on mentoring and develop the next level of managers and leaders People Management is
Thought Leadership
Bring in quality (path breaking insights) and position Nielsen as a though leader in the field they
operate in
Primary Qualities Required
Good understanding of Research with an Analytical frame of mind to be able to understand client
business questions and have the ability to answer the same using available data and information in a
compelling manner
Great Client (C-suite) handling skill to help plan, prioritize and manage client needs along with the
team to ensure at-most client satisfaction
Confident, smart and Proactive to be able to foresee business challenges and address them based on
syndicated data/integrate with other sources of information to be able to keep clients happy through
ensuring Client-Centric approach
Up-sell and suggest other solution and services to meet client needs and address business questions
to ensure growth in revenue for business and meet/exceed financial goals
MBA with 8 to 12 years FMCG (marketing / sales) or research-related industry experience desired
(consultative selling and client servicing)
