Director, Product Management Entitlements Platform & Customer Accounts

Our Enterprise Platforms & Products team is selectively recruiting a high energy, forward-thinking Product Manager to drive internal customer requirements and Line of Business (LOB) integration work across the company The Director of Product Management will have responsibility for an enterprise-wide Entitlements platform along with the most utilized enterprise services leveraged by the company Enterprise Entitlements play a vital role in ensuring Capital One delivers risk-compliant and consistent customer experience across all customer service channels This work leads the way for customer-first servicing and requires a leader capable of navigating complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders

The qualified leader will be responsible for the following

Managing the definition and execution of enterprise-wide products (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation)

Understanding requirements and processes to ensure product scope meets end user needs

Partnering on vision and strategy across Enterprise product and tech teams to solve data producer and consumer needs

Partnering across teams on MVP requirements and ongoing feature prioritization

Enhancing entitlements platform and APIs to be integrated across enterprise-wide systems

Practical application of Human Centered Design

Building and motivating teams as a people manager

Helping drive product objectives -- product success metrics, design thinking, customer feedback, market research, etc

Leveraging analytics and metrics to develop strategy and drive product requirement definition

Partnering with product leaders and LOBs to drive capability adoption and user migration

Developing relationships with peers and stakeholders across the Enterprise

In addition, the qualified leader will possess the following

Ability to integrate business knowledge and analytical insight to develop sound options and sell recommendations

Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, influence and problem-solving skills

Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment that may include multiple simultaneous projects

A proven track record in delivering products that deliver substantial value

Experience leading major technology project deployments

Experience developing and managing web sites/online applications

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree or military experience

- At least 7 years of experience in digital product management

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Masters degree

- 7 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

- 7 years of experience in Agile or Lean product management methodologies

- 5 years of people management experience

- 1 years of experience with JIRA
