Description We are looking for a networking master, brand evangelist, and deal closer to join our Human Capital team as a Head of Talent Acquisition for our team in India Were growing fast so we need someone who feels connected to our companys value system, build meaningful relationships with candidates, and uses their exceptional follow up skills to get great talent on to our teams

We are growing our technical teams headcount rapidly this year and its the recruiting team who sets the tone We need a strong leader of technical recruiting team to identify experts who align with our values and move them carefully yet quickly through the funnel so that were putting the right people into the right places Its our people who deliver results for our company and its our recruiters who work in partnership with our hiring managers to build those teams

First Six Month Deliverables

Streamline 100 PERCENT of job descriptions, performance objectives, scorecard questions
Hit agreed-upon hiring targets for your location
Hit SLAs for Average Time to Fill
Deliver exceptional candidate experiences as they navigate through the funnel
Implement strategies which positively impact Cost per Hire with a large PERCENT of hiring using unconventional methods (not 3rd party recruiters)
Hire right as measured by 90 Day Turn Over

Requirements Passionate about loosely held values and ideas We want someone who has experience but is not blinded by the path already taken
Proven leader who can motivate and inspire a recruiting team to achieve a balance of hitting rapid growth targets while maintaining candidate quality
Experience recruiting Engineering Leads, Technical Leads, Technical Product Managers, Software Engineers (front-end, back-end, and mobile) who have experience using our tech stack
Ability to maintain a thorough understanding of the employment landscape, specifically in the tech scene, which you use to implement smart recruiting strategies
You are a dynamic and influential storyteller who excels in the art of pitching and closing candidates
You drive additional value when recruiting via smart networking strategies
You push boundaries of conventional thinking by exploring new methodologies to take the organization to the next level
Process orientated with an aptitude for building out workflows and/or communication schedules that work across time zones for both candidates and hiring managers
Experience in building end-to-end processes which improve candidate experience, time to fill, cost per hire, and overall efficiency in a high volume recruiting environment
You are a disruptive yet calculated risk taker who challenges loosely held ideas to achieve better results
Expertise in data-driven decision making in a recruiting environment You prefer making decisions based on deep analysis when it comes to evaluating sales achievements and course correcting
