The Marketing team at Sentieo communicates the value of the Sentieo platform to prospective and current customers Through various awareness channels such as content pieces, advertising, email, webinars/video, social media, events, and more, the marketing team seeks to generate demand for Sentieo while also announcing the latest features created by the product team The cross-functional Marketing team works most closely with the Sales and Product teams at Sentieo, as well as the Customer Success team


We are looking for a strong Demand Generation leader with a passion for disruptive technology and the power of data to drive value for investment firms and corporations You will own all aspects of Demand Generation; including (but not limited to) building our campaign strategy, executing tactics to drive opportunities, and working with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts are driving revenue growth You will have the opportunity to build and scale the Demand Generation function at Sentieo, with potential to have a significant impact by delivering B2B enterprise Demand Generation experience You have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, and a deep knowledge of financial service technology (FinTech) is a bonus You will help to define and grow the market for modern financial data research platforms

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES Lead our demand generation planning and execution activities from setting strategy for integrated campaigns, delivering tactics, to managing budgets, and measuring results
Develop campaign strategies that leverage the full scope of marketing programs, including online, tradeshows, email nurturing programs, and field marketing
Work with a cross-functional team to develop content requirements
Work with the Sales team to deliver an integrated lead and opportunity development system using scoring, SDR lead processing, and nurture campaigns
Systematically monitor and analyze performance against lead and other marketing goals and over past performance and continually drive Marketing ROI to optimize the program and ongoing growth, looking for areas for additional investment in time and money
Ensure our campaign execution matches our target persona needs, wants, and experience
Build the demand generation function as Sentieo and the Marketing team grows

YOU BRING BA in Marketing or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in lead generation and demand creation in high tech
Prior demand generation experience targeting mid-market/enterprise companies
Strong strategic thinking, tying lead generation activities to overall company go-to-market strategy
Strong business and marketing acumen and results oriented
Highly knowledgeable about marketing automation systems
Experience partnering with Sales on pipeline development
Highly self-motivated contributor with a proven track record of results
Personal drive to push your career forward

NICE-TO-HAVES Background/experience in finance and/or finance technology
Experience with Hubspot and Outreach
