We are seeking an experienced, highly-motivated Director, Executive Talent Acquisition with a track record of success in all aspects of Executive recruiting to join our team As the Director, Executive Talent Acquisition you will recruit for executive positions across the Mastercard organization and will be able to seamlessly and effectively manage multiple openings at any given time You will have deep experience in partnering with business leaders and HR partners to solve recruiting issues and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess exceptional communication and project management skills and have a demonstrated history of innovative thinking, driving process improvement, and building authentic, collaborative relationships to drive results


- Lead and deliver a seamless executive search process that effectively attracts, assesses,
selects, and on-boards talent for SVP and above level positions
- Develop specific recruiting strategies for each client group and execute by utilizing
knowledge of internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of
qualified candidates
- Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor
and highly capable executive recruitment SME
- Maintain strategic relationships with external search partners and related vendors, ensuring
there is an effective partnership resulting in the acquisition of exceptional executive talent
- Partner with Total Rewards team to develop and communicate executive compensation
package to final candidates, taking into account pertinent external market data, internal
equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role by the selected candidate
- Manage reporting of executive talent acquisition metrics including effectiveness of
processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction scores
- Partner with the VP Executive Talent Acquisition and Talent Management team on assessing
potential Talent Succession plan gaps and projecting future pipeline talent needs at the
executive and pre-executive levels
- Drive diversity and inclusion strategies for executive level roles in the Mastercard
- Oversee a high-touch, executive-level referral process to ensure an outstanding experience
for potential candidates as well as internal referrers
- Keep abreast of best-in-class executive recruiting innovations / trends and bring to
Mastercard where applicable


- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition working for a multi-billion dollar, global, matrixed
- Proven experience in a corporate Executive Talent Acquisition team working at/with the
highest levels of the organization
- Able to balance multiple priorities, be customer focused, adaptable, and have exceptionally
strong follow up and organizational skills
- Experience fostering authentic, collaborative working relationships with business partners
and functional leaders, providing influential advice to help them achieve desired business
- Results driven, seeks accountability and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity
- Knowledge of human resource laws and hiring practices
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Highly proficient with all Microsoft office products particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Workday ATS strongly preferred, but not required
