Job Description:

- One Of Jobstronauts client which happens to be B2B Industrial Ecommerce Company is hiring a Director - Enterprise Sales and Operations for their offices at Chennai/Bangalore

- We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges The candidate will be expected to own P&L of Enterprise (South) business and lead a team of 40-50 Sales & Operations personnel across locations

- The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation

- 10+ years of relevant experience in P&L ownership, Enterprise Sales, Account Management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space

Role Responsibilities

- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise Business in South across multiple centers, with end-to-end responsibility of Sales, Account management, Operations & Supply chain

- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

- Build & nurture a team of 40-50 sales & operations personnel across cities

- 10+ years of relevant experience in P&L ownership, Enterprise sales, Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space Consultative sales experience would be preferred

- Excellent communication & people management skills Should have led a sizeable team High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Should be proficient in Tamil/ Kannada Should have worked in South India & be familiar with the local ecosystem

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- Must enjoy sales hunting, new client acquisition and driving sales targets

- B Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute
