Develop and execute comprehensive distribution and sync monetization plans for JioSaavn Artist Original releases and existing catalog

Pitch, facilitate and negotiate advertising and brand related commercial licensing deals, film and television placement, broadcast spots, digital campaigns and other forms of commercial media for JioSaavn Artist Originals artists

Create, develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies music supervisors, music houses, and film television studios

Proactively reach out to assigned agencies, brands, and music supervisors for their creative music needs; act as liaison and account manager for assigned agencies, music houses, and music supervisors

Maintain information regarding commercial licensing deals (terms, stage, etc) in licensing database

Researches the JioSaavn original music catalog, including both published and unpublished new songs, and becomes familiar with recordings for future use in exploitationREQUIREMENTS

10+ years prior experience at record label/ music company with extensive music licensing focus; 5+ years experience building and leading a distribution or music licensing team

Provable track record in closing music syncs for artists with brands, agencies, and film television studios

Must have extensive relationships in music sync community across agencies, music houses and music supervisors

In- depth understanding of Music Licensing and knowledge of copyright as it relates to the music industry (on both the master and publishing side)

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently

Excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills

Detail oriented, organized, timely and accurate
