Job Description Growth

Develops the Transformation Initiatives strategy and portfolio development plan for the Country President based on the office priorities and opportunities
Is responsible for profitable growth from innovative Transformations Initiatives products


Drives effective use of resources according to commercial priorities of the Transformation Initiatives Franchise and the CPO EGcentres of excellence to be leveraged across the CPO


Identifies and implements new ways to grow the business from Transformation Initiatives (IE Digital, RWE, Multichannel)


Performs effective leadership and management of the Transformational Initiatives teams

Key Interfaces

Manages Key interfaces on country/cluster and Region/global level
* Closely working with region BMT head
* Closely interacts with direct reports to agree on commercial initiatives and priorities for the Transformational Initiatives Franchise
* Closely cooperates with the Medical function on country/clusters, Regional, and global function to coordinate initiatives
* Coordinates M&S activities and shares learning/best practices within the Region to ensure cross-country/clusters congruence and alignment
* Closely interacts with the CPO Heads to coordinate KOL engagement for the respective TA, to exchange market insight, to agree on and coordinate commercial initiatives and priorities, to foster cross-functional learning and talent exchange, and to guide performance management
* Manages regular interaction with other Business Heads and to foster best practice sharing and cross-Franchise learning, as well as driving Transformational Initiatives in new business models for respective Therapeutic areas
* Builds effective working relationships with support functions and KAM to support information exchange, operations efficiency and revenue growth

The Successful Applicant Education (minimum/desirable)

University degree in bio science, medicine, business, and/or economics, MBA or PhD preferred


Substantial (10-12 years) experience across consulting, B2B services Business process management, strategy roles

In-depth understanding of the Pharma market place including key dynamics, competitors, country regulatory and market environments

Proven experience of driving digital transformation projects

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong focus on results

Agility in first time situations and passion for applying innovative approaches

Curiosity for innovation and exploring new concepts, ideas and models and strategic vision to adapt innovation to drive new business models
