The aforesaid opportunity is with a marketing agency that caters to Enterprise and Technology companies across the globe to improve ROI on their marketing spend and shorten sales cycle with its market insight and demand generation services

Position Director/AVP - Enterprise Sales

Mandatory ask for the role 8-10 years- experience in B2B lead gen industry only / Cold calling is an integral & most important aspect of this job profile / Open to working night shifts

Essential Responsibilities

- The incumbent will be responsible to drive enterprise sales majorly in NA and Western Europe market

- Develop new business by driving sales in their existing accounts as well as new Accounts

- Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets - Cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping and presentations

- Effectively utilize available Sales tools for pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress (Forecasting), developing monthly, quarterly level forecasts

- Responsible for all aspects of the selling process - Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close and Administer

- Identify and Generate leads by using networking and other sales tools

- Identify key steps to close sale, identify decision maker and influencers, etc

- Determine Availability needs and Objectives

- Gain agreement of proposed solution / Services, tying back to customer business drivers

- Close significant $ sales across multiple Accounts across assigned territory/segment

- Administer Accurate Forecasting of business & keeping records in the internal systems updated

- Responsible to build and drive high performance teams for lead generation

- Selling services/products to key decision makers/CXO level representatives

Desired Profile

- Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent from a reputed institute

- 8-10 years of experience in B2B sales with Software-services/products in tech organisations

- Experience of selling demand/lead generation solution to the tech companies in the US preferred

- Experience of selling a MarTech product to the Marketing Director/VP Managers or CMO would be added advantage

- Ability to make presentations & excellent communication skills

- Aggressive selling approach and a good team player

- Build strong network of relationships with key decision makers in small/medium & large sized companies and ability to leverage these relationships for generating new business

- Experience with Lead generation and sales closure

- Strong exposure on handling the assigned market

- Track record of managing relationships with large accounts

- Perseverant with ability to meet deadlines and targets
