Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager that will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business interaction

Responsibilities and Duties


  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching business and related events, publications, and announcements

  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners/Clients; discovering and exploring opportunities

  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments

  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new project with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating Clients needs and goals

  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating deal; integrating requirements with business operations

  • Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential

  • Updates job knowledge by participating & reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

  • Knowledge about share market & various exchanges

  • Communicate with clients & do marketing of the software(Trading Solution Software)

  • Generating leads(Clients) for the business

  • Achieve monthly targets

  • Totally in-house marketing & digital marketing is required to be done by the candidates by using financial tools & methods as guided by the company

  • Target based monthly incentives are also provided

  • This is purely Sales & Marketing profile with exposure to various software platforms
