The Role Responsibilities

As a senior member of Singapore Retail Digital Banking Team responsibilities include driving online sales through micro segment targeting by leveraging on latest digital technologies and working with various teams including product and marketing to have a cohesive digital acquisition strategy Deliver significant jump in Digital sales

The strategic intent of the role covers several areas of responsibilities and is responsible for

Build, plan and implement the overall digital acquisition strategy Design our Digital sales funnel optimisation strategy spanning all Digital channels (Web, Online, Paid, Social, Instant messaging, Email, SMS, Push, etc) in close cooperation with key stakeholders in Country, Region & Group (Digital Marketing, Retail Analytics, Digital banking, Technology, Compliance, Digital risk & Segment team)
Act as performance marketer and support the digital sales optimization programs through following but not limited to the development and execution of A/B and multivariate tests, integration and standardization of data sets to enable key analytics (both online and offline), apply advanced performance media knowledge to build valuable and relevant audience strategies (Paid and Onsite), oversee all performance analysis for campaigns
Forecast sales performance trends, set performance management standards and achieve best in class online sales mix relative to total sales and increase our overall market share
Work closely with the 3rd party vendors (Aggregators), digital agencies, Country Product Team, Marketing, and Group functional teams (Digital Acquisition and Digital Marketing) as we aim to increase Online Sales through Digital Channels
Delivering Retail Bankings vision of being Digital First with world class web & mobile channels state of the art sales & servicing tools being used by as many retail clients as possible
Propose and deploy new solutions, programs and campaigns for online and mobile banking which are disruptive and highly effective
Effective communication and collaboration with country and group stakeholders to manage collective expectations and drive results for Online Sales
Regular discipline of tracking, monitoring, analysing and reporting of online sales funnel and online and mobile activation levels to identify opportunities to drive up sales
Cost management by driving incremental online sales by alternative mediums to drive organic online sales
Demonstrate an understanding of legal issues (GDPR, etc) around data privacy and security

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

Our Ideal Candidate

Graduate with Business degree
More than 5 years experience in Digital sales preferably from financial institution or e-commerce platform
Strong technical understanding of the Retail Banking products
Data driven marketer with exceptional analytical skills, command of web analytics and tagging platforms ie hands on proficiency or certification with most of the tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Double Click (DBM), Floodlight, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Data management platform etc Individual should have core expertise in atleast web analytics, onsite optimisation and digital marketing (paid media)
Able to think strategically to employ and integrate 360-degree digital marketing initiatives spanning across SEO, Search, Display, Programmatic, DMPs (audience profiling), Social/Influencers with content and brand advocacy as the driver backed up with Data and Web Analytics to support an end to end integration with emphasis on custom experiences and synergising user journeys
Understanding of web based content management platforms and html/css/java scripts
Exceptional understanding of the user funnel, journey conversion points and UI/UX within the website for increased conversions and website optimisation
Strong team player with a can-do spirit and positive attitude
Commercial mindset and result-driven;
Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget Results oriented
Familiar with regulators guideline eg PDPA, Banking policies, FATCA and CRS
Operations and/or retail frontline experience preferred
Excellent stake holder, negotiation and project management skills working internally within the business, product owners and external agency/vendors/media owners/partners
