Digital AD Sales

Hiring for Top Media Entertainment Company

5 - 10 Years

Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon



Location - Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Minimum 4-5 years experience in Digital Ad Sales

Company - Bytedance

Responsibilities

1 Develop strategic plan to achieve or exceed revenue goals;
2 Retain and grow revenue from existing and new clients;
3 Develop, maintain and promote agency relationships at senior and mid-management levels for campaigns related to FMCG/e-commerce/ internet services/online gaming/OTT, Media & Entertainment/Handset
4 Manufacturers/Telecom industries etc
5 Ability to craft, create and deliver insightful narratives or solutions to meet clients marketing goals
6 Understand and effectively communicate the companys value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to growth of current and prospective client accounts
7 Work with internal teams to facilitate clients- ad campaigns from start to finish
8 Understand trends in digital advertising, agency, advertiser, and vendor landscapes and report this to the organization


Qualifications
1Bachelors degree with specialization in sales /marketing/ advertising/ technology/ general management
25 years of experiences in agency-led ad sales, preferably agency-led digital ad sales
3Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
4Proven success in working with cross-functional teams
5Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
6Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
7Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
8Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
