Job Description:

HR Operations

- Ensure compliance to ISO guidelines / procedures

- Maintain employee personnel files

- Coordinate for various letters as per employee requisitioneg salary, address proofs etc

- Ensure statutory compliance with regards to shops and establishments, contract labour license, etc

- Coordinate and follow-up confirmation process completion, mediclaim, etc

- Support and coordinate employee transfers

- Verify & process vendor invoices

- Collect, collate and timely submit investment proofs

- Coordinate, submit & monitor annual leave plans

- Coordinate & ensure new / replacement of contract employees

- Submit timely & accurate reports such as FTE/contract headcount, overtime details, exit report, EMS reports etc

- Contract manpower MIS

- Vendor management

- Employee counselling in events of misconducts Arrange for legal enquiry when necessary emerging talent

- Career plans identified

- Succession planning for critical role

- Action log and no of items actioned as per timelines

- EOS response rate, 100% action plan implementation

- Inputs on awardee achievements details aligned to the eligibility criteria

- Number of events and employee feedback

- Issue log and timely resolution

- Audits

- Confirmation letters handed over before due dates

- Timely payments as per contract

- Documentation sent to Corporate HR as per process and timelines

- Timely submission as per process

- Monthly updates with report on leave planned v/s availed Timely submission

People Management

- Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department

- Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective functional department

- Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance and encourage excellence

- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Regional and Country objectives and targets

- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department

- Determine department structure, roles, critical success factors, performance targets/goals

- To facilitate timely, accurate and open internal communication

- Vendor development, coordination with vendors
