Roles and Responsibility

i Troubleshoot escalated desktop incidents, hardware failures, Wireless and Networking problems

ii Troubleshoot various Software, OSs, OS application related problems

iii Troubleshoot Virus & Spyware removal

iv AD knowledge

v Hardware troubleshooting knowledge

vi Assisting Junior Desktop Engineers in troubleshooting for complex and escalated issues

vii Reviewing application and event logs

viii Oversee and update assigned support service requests

ix Create reports regarding desktop incidents and alerts

Skills Required

i Knowledge and experience in all Operating Systems, OS Applications, Networking, Security and Antivirus software, Firewall and proxy setups

ii Strong problem-solving skills

iii Server and IP networking knowledge

iv Ability to communicate clearly (Verbal & Written)

v Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

vi Effective in handling clients
