Job Summary

(~) Responsible for managing the Persistency & Collections / Business Leakage revivals for the channel within Budgeted expenses

(~) Improvise on Distribution / Customer Engagement Touch points & Drivers to improve collections Service requests

(~) Coordination and close working with CAT Zonal & Regional Ops Leaders on various initiatives and projects

(~) Summarize information and prepare MIS / reports / PPTs so that relevant & critical information can be presented to senior stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Design Strategic Plan for persistency & Business Leakage revival

Manage and enhance the 13th Month Persistency along with improvement in Renewals YOY

Scheduled governance & engagement with Stakeholders along with visits

Drive efficiency through process delight / reengineering

Liaison with Finance, POS team ,IT, mail room, for smooth processing & service delivery

Regular reviews with internal & external stakeholders

Design and Implement customer engagement for the Portfolios

Migration of the portfolio to Autopay Registration

Analyze service interactions & lead discussions with process owners to highlight areas for improvement

Summarize information and prepare MIS/ reports so that relevant & critical information can be presented to senior stakeholders

Contact Establish 95 PERCENT of base

Desired qualifications and experience

Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a professional qualification

6-8 years experience handling front end customer services

Knowledge of service quality is required


Candidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 & have completed 12 months in the current role

Candidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 & have completed 18 months in the current

FOR LATERAL MOVEMENT, candidate should have completed at least 12 months in the current role & have a minimum performance rating of G3M3
