Job Description:

Leading Retail client is looking DGM -Supply Chain role

- The role will be responsible for formulation of category strategies

- Track & Analyze consumption trends by leveraging consumer Insight and collaborating with field distribution managers, regional marketing & operations teams

- Track local and global raw material trends and devise risk mitigation strategies

- Evaluate & Select vendors for managing the purchase

- Guide suppliers to identify and implement appropriate quality systems

- Monitor vendor performance

- Liaise with global suppliers and harness synergies & economies of scale

- Support the New Product Development process of the organization through strategic sourcing of required food and non food categories

- Devise and implement strategies for operational excellence and ensuring profitability Responsible for pricing protocol for respective category

- People Management

- We are looking for candidates who have completed MBA in 2011 and 2012 batches only
