- Work with the Marketing Head on all aspects related to communication of the various sports businesses and verticals to create powerful marketing, positioning and communication strategies as per business requirements Be a champion of the organisation brand Create differentiated strategies for individual sports franchises Partner with broadcast partner team and franchises on marketing, partnerships and engagement initiatives

- Develop 360-degree campaign strategy plan annually for various brands in the portfolio Contribute through marketing ideas/properties that create value for the business Manage partner/agency relationships to deliver superior big ideas and creative executions

- Drive media planning to ensure maximum and effective reach amongst target groups Focus on creating short- and long-term activation properties that engage with TG and drive viewership Work on the performance planning aspect to be able to engage with fans and sports communities Through primary and secondary research, create an ongoing insights framework for the brand that powers the marketing initiatives

- Commission studies the help understand the ongoing brand performance, realities/trends about the category and the consumers Support business queries with data to help with new opportunities, brand tie ups Create in-depth understanding of digital medium / social platforms and work alongside the digital team to deliver on brand campaigns


- Top tier MBA with 9-12 years in advertising and /or marketing Should have worked on large sports related brands or properties or on campaigns associated with sports for at least 3 years Strategic mind with strong execution and collaboration capabilities Strong in creative evaluation and seeing things through with partners across mainline, digital, outdoor, digital, social Exposure and understanding to CRM programs Ability to mine insights basis consumer traction

- Basic understanding of consumer insights and research methodology tools and techniques

- Experience in media planning and research function Ability to break down complex business problems into smaller project tasks and arriving at possible solutions Must have demonstrated passion for sports, by virtue of actually playing some sport or being involved in sports marketing or communication extensivelyPositive personal presence Entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills
