Job Description:

- A multifaceted person with exposure to business development, legal, finance, project management

- Strategic thinking, negotiations skills and analytical skills

- Should have an understanding of the current industry trends, industry bench marking and comp set evaluation

- Commercial and Legal aspects related to acquisitions

- Sound knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes

- Good business acumen with overall understanding of the Project management life cycle

- Strong project monitoring / management skills

- Excellent leadership skills to drive business decisions


- Formulate strategy to lead the Litigation from business perspective

- Business representation for Litigation, conflict resolution & negotiations and settlement

- Add value in negotiations with data analytics

- Advise / strategies on large transactions to the Management

Procurement & Contracts

- Overseeing contract and procurement of large value through effective negotiations, effective structuring of the contracts to bring in efficiency / savings etc

- Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes

- Risk mitigation - Legal and Compliance

- Coordinate and obtain from accounts an effective tax structuring for all large value contracts and procurement and sign off on the same Discuss any related matters with CFO and consultants

- Set up / improvisation of SOPs and ensure adherence

- Analysis / bench marking / comp set evaluations and timely submission of analysis for various decision making

- Effective cost management

- Ensure strong audit mechanisms in place and ensure zero revenue leakages

Project Monitoring / Tracking

- Participate in the project budgeting exercise and add value during the discussions and finalization of Budget

- Drive end to end Project monitoring of various projects with timely tracking, monitoring and submission of management MIS for decision making at regular intervals

- Ensure critical matters highlighted at timely intervals like cash flow, sign off of drawings, approvals, critical path of the project etc

- Adherence to all processes of safety, quality, billing etc

- Ensure all projects meet the timelines, cost, efficiency, quality, sales / leasing etc and in line with the overall business objective

Business Development

- Understand the business plan/strategy from the Senior management for any new proposed project, collate and assimilate all information that would impact the business decision and then present the development strategy to the Board highlighting the commercial viability of the proposed project

- Undertaking market research and analysis and producing business plans/recommendations for future expansions / growth of existing businesses etc

- Assessing the risks to the business of any new commercial opportunities

- Communicating with all major stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business objectives
