Job Description:

This position entails working with Exterro client services and client implementation on scheduling, implementation testing and deployment of Exterro software

The position requires a detail oriented, customer focused individual, who understands deadlines, proper planning and ensuring customers are the highest priority We work with internal resources and client IT to ensure a client is delivered the product they specified, and test the deployment to ensure a stable install

A good background in IT, some knowledge of installer creation or programming would be desirable We also support the infrastructure that is required to build and deploy our software, so a working knowledge of typical IT infrastructure is required

Roles and Responsibilities

Working closely with Fortune 500 & other leading customers to understand business IT architecture and perform Product implementation projects
Travel to customer sites to participate in kick-off meetings, requirements gathering sessions, workshops, system troubleshooting, and project installations
Liaise with Customers Solutions and IT teams to validate infrastructure documentation, project system requirement and create documentation for use during system configuration and build process
Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer problems and translate them into solutions
Assist with testing the configured software systems to ensure that implementation will meet customer expectations
Support and coordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle (analysis/design, testing, rollout, and hand-over) working with other teams on a local and global basis
Manage multiple work streams in parallel
Liaise with Business team in the initiation, planning, and delivery of projects and work streams
Support the PMs of project work streams to lead, guide, and assist other team members, ensure quality and timeliness of delivery, and assist in use and enhancement of team methodologies
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
Work with the internal client relation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Experience

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or another related field with emphasis on technology, or equivalent work experience

Familiar with a variety of operating systems such as various versions of Linux and Windows OS
Experience with AWS
Experience working with global teams is a plus
Great time management skills
Five years of technical or development experience
Four years experience working in IT environments
Knowledge of Java/J2EE based web application development projects
Experience with relational databases, including SQL Server and Oracle
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to diagnose problems quickly and independently
Ability to review technical documentation, specifications, and architecture
Experience facilitating client workshops/discussions
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to influence cross functional teams
Strong team and customer focus
Prior experience working directly with customers is a big plus
