Job brief

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Account Manager/Director to play a critical role in building relationships with a significant client Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction and be able to identify new opportunities to increase sales

As a strategic account manager, you will represent our company and interact with major stakeholders of the client

Job Responsibilities

- Manage our key accounts portfolio and act as a strategic partner to them

- Drive end -to -end Demand generation motion for teleservices, leveraging Digital Marketing, Analytics & Telesales with a clear focus on impacting sales outcome

- Design Strategies on program approach, ensure effective execution & focus on continuous process enhancements

- Achieve assigned strategic account objectives

- Track risks and concerns, updating strategy and mitigating problems

- Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth

- Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services

- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction

- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and ensure delivery

- Work consistently toward customer stickiness process

- P&L Management - Periodic P&L review and financial roadmap

- Establish a strong, long-term client relationship

- Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs

- Act as the liaison between key customer and internal teams

- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

- Monitor sales performance metrics

Requirement -

- Experience in managing large accounts (domestic and international)

- Should have managed inside sales teams

- P&L Management
