The Role Responsibilities

Should have strong delivery experience in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Oracle (three tier web Applications)
Accountable for delivering e2e technology projects successfully on time, removing impediments, resolving environment related issues and keeping stakeholders appraised on risks, mitigation and progress The candidate should be willing to take multiple projects in-hand and should succeed in multi-tasking
Performs various sanity checks across applications and environment to ensure testing progresses as expected If needed, the right parties need to be engaged to resolve issues Also, the candidate should possess the appetite to understand various sanity checks and is able to automate and reduce manual tasks
Performs SCM checks, JIRA and CR maintenance
Demonstrates end to end support of SIT/UAT/OAT/PT/Dress Rehearsal/Production Implementation and post implementation support
Demonstrates problem solving skills, new ideas and continuous focus on improvements and innovation
Picks up new technologies with ease, solves complex technical problems and multitasks between different projects
Contributing towards knowledge management, Process improvement and Process compliance
Instigate deep dive applications solution design review processes, engaging stakeholders and partners across the teams
Partnering with PSS, Technical services, Delivery team, Testing team to identify and resolve thematic stability, scalability and recoverability issues
Analyse, troubleshoot and implement tactical and strategic solutions for the technical issues reported on the vendor product
Identify, capture, test and implement non-functional requirements Clearly articulate the solution design and non-functional requirements to vendors Ensure the solution received for the non-functional requirement meet the standards
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail is essential for this role
Willingness to get the hands dirty with technology as well as data
Good testing knowledge so as to predict scenarios post testing that would have an impact during deploymentimplementation
