We are looking to Hire Manager - Rewards (Compensation & Benefits Specialist with exp in Payroll & Analytics)

Job role

- Drive the C&B design as per budget and company requirements

- Undertake Salary and Compensation analysis for ensuring alignment to the company philosophy

- Enable effective automation / system setup & design

- Ability to make recommendations basis organisational and statutory requirements in areas of Salary and Benefits

- Undertake company policies review & design in accordance with the company philosophy and employee experience

- Responsible for design, effective implementation and improvement of Delhiverys Reward and Recognition framework for employees and associates (Monthly awards etc) across all LOBs

- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the existing processes and policies to increase overall effectiveness

- Responsible for executing and delivering projects as and when assigned

- Able to deliver under uncertain and challenging environment within stipulated timelines

- Agile, quick learner, resourceful & productive

Functional Skills

- Strong understanding of Compensation Structure, including statutory requirements

- Strong command on various products in Microsoft office specially excel & power point

- Knowledge about Comp benchmarking Practices, R&R Framework

- Understanding of core HR processes

- Exposure to compensation / performance module on any HRIS platform is desirable
