Job Description:

About the Position

They will be attached with the respective distributor of TATA TISCON and will work under the guidance of the respective Area Sales Office (ASO)

 

Job Location Pune / Nagpur / Nashik / Kolhapur / Sindhudurg

 

Salary -  Rs 12000 pm + Variable amount ( max Rs 4000/month) + other emoluments as applicable

Payroll The selected candidate will be on the payroll of TATA TISCON distributor

 

Responsibilities

Lead Management-


  • Generate leads and pass them to the exclusive dealers Following up with the leads and work to convert them for TISCON sales

  • Customer Site Visit as per requirement from the customers

  • Guiding customers in getting design details for their house construction from competent/Architects / Engineers to optimise the rebar consumption




  • Dealer Management-


  • Interact with the consumers and pitch for tiscon products

  • Maintain TISCON POS branding at all the times

  • Product demo to the consumers




  • Product Promotion Activities-


  • Conduct consumer and influencer meets as per plan

  • Implement marketing and sales promotion schemes

  • Running various loyalty program meant for the dealers/influencers




  • Influencer Management-


  • Build a relationship with influencer (MITR members , Structural engineers, Architects etc)

  • Influencer to be met on a regular basis and explain them about the benefits of using Tata Tiscon

  • Imparting Training to Masons and Bar Binders on construction practices




  • Selection Criteria

     

    Mandatory Selection Criteria


  • Graduate in any discipline

  • 1-2 years of selling experience in building material (Cement /TMT/Pipes etc )

  • Command over local language (should be able to write, read , speak )

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Working knowledge of English

  • Willing to travel extensively (15-20 days/ month)




  • Preferable Selection Criteria


  • Prior experience in selling branded products/rebar category/diploma in civil engineering

  • Age less than 35 years
