Job Description:

Review of License Pipeline, qualification and Service Attach of DBS portfolio
Act as an S/4HANA Cloud thought leader, developing content pieces that can be leveraged in the marketplace to drive customer/ prospect demand for the solution and services
Ensure customers understand the unique selling points and the value that is provided by DBS S/4HANA Cloud offerings / Establish and actively manage executive-level relationships with key customer stakeholders (LOB and IT)
Leverage, educate and support the SAP ecosystem to accelerate opportunities / Participate in critical customer/prospect events to cultivate demand
Partner Friendly approach, supporting a balanced and scalable ecosystem to drive Adoption / Support pre-sales activities (license and services)


Drive DBS S/4HANA Cloud opportunities based on initial planning, whitespace analysis, demand generation campaigns, etc
Scope requirements and develop detailed project plans to meet customers business requirements and be accountable for the outcome / For each qualified opportunity, provide DBS S/4HANA Cloud solution positioning, high level solution design, and services engagement structure support
For each won opportunity, drive the transition to Delivery Execution to support SAPs implementation responsibilities / Provide executive sponsorship and sales support for key strategic accounts
Be accountable for delivery of Approved delivery engagements for assigned accounts / Co-ordinate and Execute Fit to Standard Workshops and approve Delivery Commitment

Enabling Scale

Create assets to support a scalable cloud delivery model, which helps to achieve a 11 license to services ratio, ensure high quality, speeds up time to value and is both partner and customer friendly
Develop & institutionalize DBS S/4HANA Cloud sales best practices with Client Partners, AEs and SEs across regions
Support the development of sales tools & templates to scale DBS S/4HANA Cloud growth /
To a limited extent, provide DBS S/4HANA Cloud enablement to the SAP ecosystem


Builds strong professional credibility both internally and externally, by effectively managing and developing relationships / Liaison and consultative skills negotiating skills within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests
Delivers clear, convincing and well-organized presentations Projects credibility and poise even in highly visible and/or adversarial situations
Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; competence in clear concise and tactful communication with senior executive management, clients, peers and team members
Thorough knowledge of the S/4HANA Cloud solution, DBS porfolio, customer use cases, competitive environment and knows what it takes to be successful / Experience in several industries and the industry the customer belongs to (core processes and trends of the industry)
High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen / Experience in Value Management and Realization
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science MBA or advanced degree in related discipline MBA/Masters degree preferred
SAP End to End Implementation Experience Preferred / Understanding of cloud, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business networks

Professional Experience

12 years demonstrated industry/solutions knowledge and expertise in breakthrough positioning and the delivery of value added content and thought leadership
10 years customer facing experience with involvement in sales areas
2 years of SAP work experience in Cloud line of Business (eg IaaS or Pass or SaaS) is preferred
3 years Experience in evaluating new business development opportunities in new or emerging markets
