Job Description:

- Immediate joining or notice period maxi 15 days

- Good technical troubleshooting, interpersonal skills

- Candidate shall be open to work in stretched shifts, 24X7 shift, odd working hours and weekends as per the work requirements

- Provides direct technical support in Troubleshooting and implementing, the solution for global infrastructure

- Develop detailed schematics relating to new installations and existing upgradation, migration or integration

- Thorough knowledge of Database such as Oracle, MSSQL Architecture

- Should Possess Knowledge Database (Oracle, MSSQL) Administration

- Create and maintain Database (Oracle, MSSQL)

- Daily System Monitoring related activities and troubleshooting critical issues for Database System

- Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Now and Automated Ticketing tool

- Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated

- Compliance to change management policy and processes

- Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports

- Assist with management of problems and escalations

- Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual

- Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value daily
