The ICG O&T Privacy Program Operational Group Mgr is responsible for overseeing the ICG Operations & Technology privacy program, which should be designed to ensure compliance with the Citi Privacy and Confidentiality Policy, including the Privacy Principles described in the Policy The responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Drive strategic direction and provide leadership oversight for the ICG Operations & Technology privacy program, including coordinating a virtual team of supporting In-Business Privacy Officers and Function Representatives
Partner with the Citi Privacy Office and the Lead IBPOs from other ICG Business units to ensure alignment of the ICG Operations & Technology privacy program with the Citi Privacy Office requirements and front office privacy programs
Document effective procedures to identify and address disclosure requirements, and to ensure that data is being collected and used in accordance with those disclosures
Develop and implement processes for confirming that only required data is being collected, that it is handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and that appropriate methods for maintaining accuracy are in place
Liaise as the primary point of contact between the Citi Privacy Office and ICG Operations & Technology, coordinating Policy compliance within ICG Operations & Technology
Review new product or process proposals, identify privacy impacts, and recommend controls to mitigate Privacy and Confidentiality risk
Promote Privacy and Confidentiality awareness and provide training as appropriate and according to the Citi Privacy Office guidelines
Identify current and emerging risks associated with Privacy and Confidentiality within ICG Operations & Technology
Incorporate Privacy and Confidentiality requirements in the Regulatory Controls Matrix and Managers Controls Assessment, as appropriate
Monitor the development and execution of Privacy and Confidentiality Corrective Action Plans and initiatives to resolve identified control deficiencies and achieve process improvement opportunities
Perform annual reviews of the Policy and provide input to the Citi Privacy Office
Perform periodic risk or privacy assessments, as required by the Citi Privacy Office
Report, identify and validate metrics, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and / or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure compliance and effectiveness of controls
Provide transparent program status information to ICG Operations & Technology leadership, ensure appropriate escalation of risks and issues, and effective tracking of remediation efforts

Qualifications

Knowledge of the Policy and applicable privacy and Confidentiality laws and regulations
Demonstrated ability to operationalize principles as well as legal requirements into BAU activities
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to collaborate with multi - disciplinary groups located in other geographies
High tolerance for ambiguity and changing environments
Demonstrated aptitudes to lead or coordinate groups or individuals
Demonstrated ability to implement and manage compliance with Citi policies
Relevant degrees or certifications preferred (eg IAPP CIPP certification, JD / LLM)
