As a part of our market leading analytics organization, we have been investing in growing Data Engineering technology to describe the Augmented Analytics spectrum - ranging from domain, data science, data engineering, Machine Learning and Augmented Intelligence

Responsibilities

- Lead vertical delivery, solutions, presales and productization

- Manage program leaders and service delivery/ DevOps managers

- Interface with Analytics (Intelligent Operations) verticals and the Advanced analytics productization groups

- Drive revenue growth by proactive proposals, solution workshops and RFP responses

- Build a knowledge management culture

Skill set

- 12+ years in Data engineering (Enterprise Information Management, DW etc)

- Deep implementation expertise in Data Governance, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, MDM, DQ, Enterprise Data Strategy, Unstructured Data Mgmt

- Good understanding and experience in compliance frameworks like GDPR, Solvency II, CCPA etc

- Can do attitude with a growth mindset

- Working in a matrixed and ambiguous environment - preferably large systems integrators

- Past experience of program management, agile delivery, DevOps and building practices

- Team leadership and delivery management of large teams across India, US and Europe

- Should be a technology guru - with hands on expertise in one or more of data warehousing, big data, cloud data, etc

- No constraints on Global Travel

- Excellent communication and client facing skills

- Industry domain experience in one or more of Lifesciences, Consumer products, Capital Markets, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, Industrial Manufacturing or Hospitality

Qualifications

- Graduate / Post Graduation degree in Business, Computer Science or Quantitative Sciences

- 12+ years in Data engineering (Enterprise Information, Data Warehousing, etc)
