Job Purpose

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in helping organisations achieve greater efficiency and solve organisational problems Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations, demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support

Responsibilities

Responsible as the expert for formulating and leading technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction Focuses on large or complex opportunities that need creative and complex solutions Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced members of your team, and develops productivity tools and training for your team

Leading engagements with the customer supporting technical / functional activity to customers Discussing business and organisational shortcomings with clients Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures

Directing clients towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems

Develops and delivers value through outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions

Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems

Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation

Reviewing operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards

IC5 Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies, and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisational resources Acknowledged authority within the Corporation
Acts as a leader of large-scale company initiatives Viewed by peers as a leader and top contributor and by line management as a key business partner

IC4 Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization

Required Skills and Experience

A/BS degree or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable, or 5 years commercial experience with SaaS related products and applications

Thorough knowledge of system and application design In depth knowledge of competitors Demonstrated project management skills Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication Ability to travel as needed
