Your responsibilities As Order Booking Executive
Accountable for Punching the Sales Order into SAP as per the requirement given in the Customer Purchase Order with Clear fulfillment of ABB regulations without Error
Follow-up for getting the sales orders approved from the Concerned
Accountable for Amendments / Cancellation of Sales Orders according to the Customer Requirements
Responsible for Maintaining the Clear Order backlog with Clear Commitment from Customer / FES
Reporting KPIs as Necessary and required reports
As Customer Support Executives
Accountable for resolving the Customer / FES Enquiries as a Face of ABB to Front End and Customer as a Customer Support Executive
Accountable for Pushing the Deliveries from backend to meet the customer requirements
Accountable for orders modifications change in original acknowledge delivery dates (pre-pone, postpone), block-unblock (not with comments anymore but through the dedicated SAP fields)
Accountable orders expediting follow-up to inquiries on delivery status from customers
Accountable for getting required documents from Customer for hassle free Shipments from Warehouse
Reporting KPIs as Necessary and required reports
As CBOL Administrators
Create/manage/delete customer users
Grant/remove authorizations to customer user IDs
Update support contact list
Manange news
Localize texts
Prepare and share access statistics with concerned people
Keep track of access change requests
Educating Customers
Generating Log Reports
First level helpdesk to end users

CBOL Sales orders
Responsible for ensuring the Mandatory Conditions for Sales Orders
Creation of FCM as per the existing process till we automate the FCM Process once they receive the email from CBOL portal
Release the SO for Approval as per the Existing process till we eliminate the SO Approval Process for CBOL Orders
Follow-up with the Approvers to get the SO approved
Modifications / Cancellations of Sales orders based on the Request from the Customers
Tracking and reporting the Modifications and Cancellations to Respective LBU Controllers
Updating the Price list in the CBOL Portal so that Customers can download at any point of time
Living ABBs core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background A Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical engineering
More than 4 years of experience in related discipline
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
Knowledge of SAP
