--CUSTOMER SUPPORT – EXECUTIVE


  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaints, solving customer query

  • Responds to customer web inquires regarding online merchandise or service orders

  • Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available

  • Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures

  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Process orders, forms and applications

  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers’ requests

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated sections for further investigation
