Role Overview

This position is for an experienced professional that enjoys working in a fast paced environment with varying responsibilities This is a supervisor role with responsibilities for overseeing and performing (as required) acceptance, entry of and execution of sales orders to support AOG and spare parts order requests, process customer returns and release of production work orders This role will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling of facilities and equipment maintenance projects as well as assist the operations team as required


- Responds independently, to call or email customers to provide follow up on difficult to moderately complex inquiries

- Generate documentation and solve customer issues in accordance with procedures, and when required, redirect queries to appropriate department or personnel

- Confer with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, and/or other personnel to coordinate shipments to meet customer requirements

- Manages facilities contractor management process

- Oversees the planning, organizing and scheduling of activities for maintenance, renovation, and repair to ensure proper functioning of the organizations facilities and equipment

- Reviews and estimates Facilities and Equipment costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs

- Directly manages individual contributors and must be able support business needs in absence of individual contributors

- Expedite requests to support customer expectations

- Enter Sales Orders and process customer returns

- Works with the Purchasing team to communicate and mitigate any material shortages

- Be able to work autonomously with limited supervision

- Support cost and inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives

- Oversee schedule and create work orders for OE, AOG and spares production

- Serve as customer interface on product status and delivery


Preferred Qualifications

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- 2 years SAP experience

- Familiarity with an aerospace manufacturing environment

Basic Qualifications
- This position requires a Bachelors degree in the appropriate disciplineIn the absence of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required

- Willing to answer customer calls/concerns after hours on a rotating basis

- Willing to support weekend work as required

- Ability to clearly communicate in written and verbal English

- Experience within

Supervision of office personal and or

Customer facing Customer Service and or

Operations planning functions and or

Facilities maintenance management role
