HR4NATION requires Customer Support Agent for a Indias leading Airlines company


Job profile

  • Attend inbound calls from customers regarding reservation / cancellation 

  • Assist customers with flight information / schedule 

  • Address and resolve any queries, grievances aired by customers


    Work Location

    Chennai (OMR)


    Salary & Benefits

    Freshers - Gross 14000, Take home 12000 (approx)

    Experienced - Gross upto 15500, Take home 13000 (approx)

    In addition to the salary, Incentives and KPI Bonus approx 4000  (subject to fulfilling benchmark set by the organization)

    Overtime allowance extra

    Free Air tickets for travel within India (after successful completion of  6 months on the job)


    Shift timings 

    600 am - 300 pm

    800 am - 500 pm 

    900 am - 600 pm

    1000 am - 700 pm

    1100 am - 800 pm

    500 pm - 200 am

    600 pm - 300 am

    900 pm - 600 am 


    Week off

    1 day per week (Rotational)

    Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification Diploma / Any graduation including BE and MCA (candidate studying through correspondence can also apply) 

  • 0 to 4 years experience in any inbound or outbound process 

  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi
