Job Description:

- The Customer Success role drives commercial value creation for clients through efficient adoption of all Solutions purchased by them The Customer Success Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing business strategies to enhance customer experience, usage and retention and thereby increasing the revenue and retention numbers

- Strong requirement of Capital Market experience - involving development of various capital markets applications such as Program Trading / Algorithmic Trading, Institutional Trading products including global FIX connectivity, ODIN CTCL Dealer Application, Web applications & Mobile (STWT) Applications, Middle office margin monitoring RMS tools and MATCH Back-office trade processing & settlement and Accounting solutions

- Providing product demos and presentations to brokers/institutional clients and give them a complete idea of the solution, understanding sales requirements to achieve business goals & helping in manage the Pan-India front line sales & Business development team to achieve targets Provide functional & product training and support to sales team

Key Skill Required

- Proficient in SDLC Lifecycles like Waterfall & Agile methodologies like Scrum, Business Analysis & Project Management

- Exposure to UML and Business Intelligence Reporting tools etc

- Evangelist of agile / scrum principles and methodology for the organisation

- Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and key stakeholders

- Work closely with Product Owners, coordinating product backlog grooming and story point estimations

- Actively involved in the Project planning & development of Front, Middle & Back Office applications

- Expertise in requirements gathering & preparing BRD, FRD, Change management, Use Case, Test Case & Test Scenario & Functional Testing

- Actively involved in analysis and development of various APIs & RPA Process Automation projects, User interfaces, broker-dealer applications, compliance and regulatory reporting tools

- Managed Implementation of Trade Lifecycles like Order Processing, Risk Margining & Surveillance, Trade Processing, Clearing & Settlements, Confirmation and Affirmation by straight through processing - STP, OMGEO DTCC platform, Performing gap analysis, market research, competitive analysis, market/industry trend analysis

- Continuous co-ordination and interaction with higher management, various internal (development team, QA team) and external stake holders (like clients, exchanges like NSE, BSE, MCX, MSEI and NCDEX) throughout the life cycle of the project by Organizing review meetings and JAD sessions in order to ensure quality and timely delivery of the requirements

- Lead client visits - End-to-end management of client visits including direct discussions with client and product & services demonstrations

- Providing Presentations and refresher training session to all internal teams and nurturing talent through continuous mentoring and guidance to junior associates in the team
