Job Description:

Paid Onboarding Once a customer makes a payment, they would come to the onboarding team for phone calls and product demo There will be back to back sessions - 1 hr or 30 mins sessions where you will be handholding the customers answering the questions they have Videos are there but customers dont look at them and have questions

- Customers health You will also be following up by phone call (2- 3 times) welcoming the customer after the payment to see if there is anything we can do to help Continuous set of tasks get created based on the user profile; the job is to engage and make them fully use the product

Desired Skills and Experience

- US/ Australia/ UK Based

- 5 Years experience of handling customers

- Proficiency in SaaS and CRM

- Understands that customer is king

- Self & quick learner,
